In this training, you will discover how to:

  • Enrich your professional practice with new and deep theories and skills

  • Expand your practice into new communities

  • Create an alternative to pathologizing children and teens by “naming and knowing”, rather than “labeling and limiting”

  • Increase the effectiveness of your care modality by calming and strengthening

    the family “vessel”

  • Empower parents to build resiliency in their children

  • Read the situation with more insight into how to organize the support process so that parents feel, “I can do this.”

    • Family Life Seminar (Required Foundation Course)

    • Choose Two Additional Seminars From:

      • Discipline & Guidance (based on The Soul of Discipline)
      • Emotional Self-Regulation (based on Being at Your Best When Your Kids Are at Their Worst)
      • Empowering Kids to Navigate Bullying, Teasing & Social Exclusion (based on Emotionally Resilient Tweens & Teens)
  • Reflective Papers (Initial Seminars Only):

    After each of the three initial seminars, you’ll submit a short reflective paper. This process deepens your understanding and helps bridge theory with practice. (No additional reflective papers are required in subsequent years.)    
  • First Year of Supervision:

    After completing the three seminars, you’ll attend three one-hour supervision sessions during your first year. This professional support helps you integrate what you’ve learned, refine your approach, and ensure the highest quality of care. 

Additional Yearly Requirements to Maintain Your License:

  • Three Supervision sessions each year
  • Complete one approved professional development course each subsequent year
  • Annual license renewal to continue benefiting from ongoing support and recognition (annual cost $849)
